Course description
Embedded Systems Engineering bridges engineering and computer science, merging hardware and software topics. In this Master鈥檚 program, you gain versatile expertise in both fields. As an embedded systems engineer, you will design micro-electronic and micro-mechanic devices and program the software that powers them. The Department of Computer Science and the Department of Microsystems Engineering offer an excellent environment for this interdisciplinary degree. You will learn to design microelectronic, micro-mechanic, and software-based components and integrate them into complete systems. A wide range of courses allows you to focus on or specialize in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Cyber-Physical Systems, Circuits and Systems, Materials and Fabrication, Biomedical Engineering, and Photonics. This program equips you with the knowledge and skills to excel in the field, ensuring you are well-prepared for the challenges and opportunities ahead.
